We as IMS are outraged by the murders of Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, George Floyd and countless others. These individuals are only some of the lives lost in our country to the plagues of racism and white supremacy – plagues that threaten the lives of black people. It is our responsibility to stand up, to speak up, and to take action.

Let us be clear: Black Lives Matter. The lives of our colleagues MATTER. The lives of Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, George Floyd, and countless others before them, MATTER.

The mission of IMS is to work with smart, committed and inspired people to make a difference in the the communities we serve. This mission will not be fully exercised until we dismantle systemic racism. We are committed to working for racial equity, commit to anti-racism, and confront all inequities facing our clients, partners and colleagues.

When we join the call that Black Lives Matter, we commit to action. Being anti-racist is a journey that requires humility, reflection, and resolve.  Our work cannot stop until we build a world safe for everyone.
